Spaw Day completely changed our grooming experience. My rescue dog Benny has severe anxiety — he was turned away by two other groomers who said he was "too difficult." Benny actually RELAXED during his groom. I couldn't believe it. He came home looking amazing and, more importantly, he wasn't traumatized. We've been back four times now, and he actually gets excited when he realizes where we're going. I can't recommend Spaw Day enough for anyone with an anxious pup.
Cooper is 11 years old and has arthritis in his hips. Taking him to a regular groomer was always stressful — the long wait in a kennel, the noise, the rush. At Spaw Day, Cooper was treated like royalty. They took their time, let him rest when he needed to, and were so gentle with his joints. The haircut was perfect — he looks 5 years younger! I'll never take him anywhere else.
I have two Standard Poodles and I love that they can go to Spaw Day together since they're from the same family. They keep each other calm, and the groomer handles them both with incredible skill. They come home smelling amazing and looking like they just walked out of a dog show. The one-on-one attention (even with two!) is unmatched. Absolutely the best groomer in the area.
